Well, Jen's visit did not turn out to be the Yosemite adventure that she (and we) were hoping for. Instead, she is a much appreciated stand-in mommy while I convalesce. I started feeling sick again on Thursday, and as I discovered today, I now have pneumonia. I am on yet another new antibiotic (the 6th) and a steroid. Hoping and praying that improvement is fast! This has been a long haul and it has taken it's toll on all of us. We're so lucky and grateful for the timely efforts of Auntie Jen who has cleaned the house, cooked the meals, and put in many hours of Cam-watching!
Today, Cam got an outing to the Tilden Steam Train.
Cam is letting her personality shine and her vocabulary explode! New words: happy, dice (don't ask), and bubble. Well, I don't think that last one is new, just very prevalent in her vocabulary due to the cartoon she is obsessed with, Bubble Guppies.
She never stops being an inquisitive and lovely little gal. I can't wait until I am healthy again and don't have to keep her at arm's length.
