We went on Tuesday to visit a possible day care facility in Castro Valley. It is conveniently located directly across the street from CVHS. It is nice and clean and the woman in charge seems competent, but the thought of leaving Cam with anyone right now is a little tear-inducing. Good thing I have time to research and find a good fit for us all.
Now that we're back on a solid napping schedule, we're about to take off for WI on Tuesday to visit Grandma and Grandpa Banks. It is Cambria's first trip to WI, and as such it is a big event. Also, it will be the first time that Grandpa Banks gets to lay eyes on the sweet little girl. She is excited I am sure. I, on the other hand, am not looking forward to the 4 1/2 hour flight, followed by a 1 1/2 hour flight, followed by a 2 hour car ride. Wish us luck.
Cam has found her hands this week. She is clutching them in front of her and they are often also in her mouth. She is increasingly drooly and wants everything in her mouth.
Joel discovered and interesting Cam trick this week. If you blow a short puff of air into her face, she gasps and opens her eyes really wide. She kind of seems to like it. I might emphasize the kind of here. It is pretty cute but we've yet to capture it on video, so instead we leave you with some cute bath time footage.
Can't wait to see you Grandma Sooz and Grandpa Mike. :)
